Attractions to see while visiting Jackson County
Jackson County has taken pride over the years of the many home-town attractions that have resided within the county since the founding in 1859.

History on Jackson County.
Hotel Josephine located just off the square.
The Roebke House built in 1876 just 1 1/2 blocks from the square on New York Avenue. Information on this home can be obtained from the Jackson County Historical Society located in the Museum which is open every Friday 10:00 - 4:00 May to October.
